Investment Laws
On the investment laws, we look at the local particular laws made by a specific country(DRCongo) and the international instruments ratified by the Congolese government and domesticated by local laws passed by the parliament. We consider the need of investors and guide them with the respect of both international and local instruments so that we get to assist our clients in a better way.
Mineral Laws
On the mining/mineral laws, we first of all consider the international laws on the mineral activities as required by the Dualism which is the mode of ratification applicable for the DRC as a procedure of treaties ratification which is that all international treaties ratified by the Congolese government should be applied as the first one in consideration of the hierarchy of the sources of the law... see more In only one condition the international treaty to be domesticated by local laws through the parliament. For sure, Congo as a country and the entire judiciary organ have also organised a certain numbers of laws which lawfully organize the minerals and mining activities within the Country.
