Our legal intervention is coordinated by experts of different fields whereby the expertise and experience are always put in place and first position.
The law firm is coordinated by Mr. LOHAKA LOKONYA NELSON who has open and large understanding of laws and guiding professionally all co advocates working with him. Among his achievements and standard of delivery of the required result, he has been in the panel of the advocates representing the current president of DRCongo at the constitutional court when Mr. Fayulu took the matter there. The final result from the constitutional court which confirmed Mr. F.A. Tshisekedi as the winner, was based on his arguments. He is a professional with huge experience of the laws from DRCongo as a country.
Mr Lohaka Nelson is currently working with the Vice-Prime Minister and minister of Interior affairs in a position of the legal advisor.
